IBIM Practitioner Pathway

Supporting children to grow in confidence, self-belief, and possibility

You care about supporting children.  You can see their potential - and you want to help them understand themselves, build confidence, navigate emotions, and believe in themselves.  But knowing how to do that in a practical, real-life way isn’t always straightforward.

You may have come across ideas or training before…but when it comes to actually putting them into practice, it can feel unclear where to start.

The IBIM Practitioner Pathway is designed to change that.

This pathway supports you to not only understand the I Believe in Me (IBIM) program, but to begin sharing it with children in your own setting - in a way that feels natural, manageable, and genuinely helpful.

You don’t need to feel fully confident before you begin.  You don’t need to have everything figured out.  You’ll be supported to start where you are - and to begin putting this into practice, step by step.

Who this is for

This pathway may be a good fit if you are:

  • a teacher, youth worker, coach, mentor or parent
  • someone who works with children aged approximately 5–12
  • an Infinite Possibilities certified trainer
  • someone who wants to support children in a practical way - especially around confidence, emotions, and how they think and respond to life
  • someone interested in running groups that help children develop self-belief

You do not need prior experience delivering courses.  You do not need to have everything figured out.

You simply need a sense that helping children build confidence matters to you.

What IBIM helps children learn

IBIM introduces children to simple ideas they can use in everyday life, including:

  • how thoughts influence experience
  • how beliefs affect confidence
  • how emotions give us useful information
  • how imagination helps us see new possibilities
  • how small steps lead to progress
  • how self-belief can grow over time
  • how they can begin to work with their thoughts, emotions, and responses -  rather than feel controlled by them

The program is practical, encouraging, and designed to be accessible to children of different personalities and learning styles.

What the Practitioner Pathway includes

The pathway supports you to feel ready to begin - and supports you as you start offering IBIM.  You will learn:

  • how the IBIM program supports children’s confidence
  • how children best engage with these ideas
  • how to share the material in a clear and encouraging way
  • how to help children apply what they learn in real life
  • how to structure your own IBIM group
  • how to begin in a manageable and realistic way

The emphasis is on practical confidence and real-life application - not perfection.

Training structure

The Practitioner Pathway program is open to anyone who feels called to this work.

This is not a content-delivery training.  The IBIM curriculum already provides the structure, themes and activities.

This pathway focuses on helping you feel confident sharing the material in a way that children can understand, engage with, and apply in their own lives.

You will learn how to:

  • introduce ideas in simple, child-friendly ways
  • create a positive and encouraging learning environment
  • support children to reflect and respond in their own way
  • help children connect what they learn to real-life situations

This is a practical, experience-based pathway. You will learn by taking part, reflecting, and gradually building confidence in how you would lead your own group.

The focus is not just on learning, but on helping you move into real-world delivery with support along the way.  You will be supported to begin putting this into practice, rather than waiting until you feel fully ready.

By the end of the pathway, many participants have already begun sharing IBIM in their own setting - whether that’s a small group, a classroom, or through everyday conversations with children.

For that reason, places are limited and offered with care.

Implementation phase

Following the first 4 training sessions, you can begin applying what you have learned in your own setting with on-going support sessions.

The Practitioner Pathway includes 3 month's membership of the IBIM Practitioner Community. These monthly on-going support sessions provide space to:

  • ask questions
  • share experiences
  • build confidence
  • receive support
  • refine your approach
  • stay encouraged as you begin delivering IBIM

This is a core part of the pathway, helping you move from learning into real-world delivery.

Next step

If you’re feeling drawn to this work, the next step is simply to have a conversation.

This isn’t a sales call.  It’s a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we can explore:

  • whether IBIM feels like a good fit for you
  • what it might look like in your setting
  • any questions or uncertainties you have

You don’t need to be fully decided.  You don’t need to feel “ready”.  If there’s a sense of interest, that’s enough.

πŸ‘‰ Book a Call to explore whether this is right for you

After our conversation, if it feels like the right next step, you’ll be invited to join the program.

We’ll confirm the best payment option with you after our conversation.
